Heart to Heart Episode 8 features Angelo Ennis of Focus Performance Fitness in Hollywood, MD, and all-star track athlete. Angelo earned a NCAA Scholarship after winning the 400-meter dash with a record-setting time of 48.3 seconds as well as performances in the 100, 200, 300, and 500-meter dash, which ranked him nationally with Nike. He attended the University of Louisville under this athletic scholarship, and finished his career as a scholar athlete graduate of Bowie State.
