GeNienne is the CEO/President of GS Consulting & Communications, INC (GSCC), where she does process improvement consulting, and the CEO/President of Sideline Prep, a professional cheer/dance prep company that coaches aspiring cheerleaders and dancers who want to go pro. GeNienne’s passion for Sideline Prep stems from her career as a professional cheerleader/dancer for the NFL’s Washington Redskins Cheerleaders (currently Washington Football Team)for eight years and the NBA’s Washington Wizard Girls. GeNienne is currently an In-Game Host for the NFL’s Washington Football Team and is a Co-Host for The WOW! Redskins podcast. GeNienne is also a freelance anchor, reporter and producer for Prince George’s County Maryland’s CTV News and the DC Office of Cable Television, Film, Music and Entertainment.
